I am originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne and as I was growing up art became more and more of a passion of mine, so at 19 I started studying at Newcastle college for my foundation diploma in Art and Design, this was an amazing year for me and I knew that I wanted to continue my studies in art practice and that I needed to spread my wings a little and so at the age of 20 I moved to Sheffield to study Fine Art at Sheffield Hallam University. I had such a great time that I decided to stay in Sheffield, which is where I continue to live and work to this day.
In the years since graduating I have continued to practice my artwork, mostly fine detailed pencil drawings and abstract paintings using glue, ink, oils and acrylics. Although not as often I also do sculpture work and landscape paintings.
